Kevin's experience in health care and education includes many of CMTA's outstanding projects like the $20 million Net Zero Energy Locust Trace AgriScience building and the $17 million Center for Applied Energy Research, a LEED Gold laboratory/research facility at the University of Kentucky. Kevin led the MEP and Cx efforts on Baltimore City's two new Zero Energy Schools for the past six years from design to operation. His articles on innovative energy-saving projects have been published in ASHRAE's High Performing Buildings magazine. He speaks nationally on the topic of high performance, energy efficient designs.
